 I’m Simon, and I have, hold your breath... Left anterior temporal Glioblastoma, IDH wild type, CNS WHO Grade 4, TERT promoter mutation, MGMT promoter unmethylated. The worst brain tumour and it's terminal. I love the NHS, but until 2030’s at the earliest, they cannot offer anything to extend my life. It's all private and in Germany.  However, there are solutions which will get me the 5+ years to be with my family. I cannot do this without your contributions and help.
